They understand everybody is different, and take a patient-centred approach which aims to set realistic and achievable goals. Depending on your goals and medical history, our dietitian will teach you the skills to plan realistic and achievable meals that meet your individual nutritional needs. You will not simply be given a 7-day or 28-day plan just to follow. Importantly, you will be outlined exactly what your nutritional needs are, the types of meals and ideal times, and overall empowering you with the knowledge to put these recommendations in place.
When not at SportsFit, our dietician is also working with elite sporting teams (AFL, AFLW) and recreational sporting teams (school aged and adult).
